Treat it well, and it will love you forever. Never put your spoon in the dishwasher--rinse off after use and allow to dry. If it starts looking a little dry, give it a little kiss of your favorite oil-Coconut oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil...rub it down, allow it an hour to soak in, then wipe off the excess oil. This will extend the life of all your wooden kitchen utensils, including this little beauty!
